The important caveat: none of these vendors are measuring the same thing, and the gap between their clocks matters more than the numbers themselves.

Nooks says "instant call bridging" and "zero-latency audio" and that pickups are detected "in milliseconds," without naming a number. Koncert calls its Quick Connect feature "ultra-low latency" with no millisecond figure. Symbo says the representative connects "instantly" with "no robocall delay," also without a measured result.

No independent benchmark has tested all six vendors on a single measurement protocol. The practical verdict going into any purchase: zero-lag parallel dialers exist, CallCloud is the most literal claimant, Orum is the most architecturally documented, and Salesfinity is the only one to publish a percentile. Every claim should be verified on the buyer's own network before signing a contract.
